tall. It is marked on the end 'Victor Animatograph Co Davenport Iowa
U.S.A.' and up on the lens Central Scientific Co Chicago. It stands on a
circular pedestal base.

Victor Portable Stereopticon Magic Lantern (1913) for 3 ¼" x 4" slides, made by the Victor Animatograph Co. of Davenport Iowa. The patent dates on the nameplate are 1913 and 1914. Victor used cast aluminium for this lantern, for lightness. Works with a 500W 110 V ES bulb. |
