This slide measures 6 1/4" long and about 1 3/4" inches tall. There is no makers mark or signature.
 
 
Great slipping magic lantern slide depicting a woman in her youth and in her old age. Sliding in a metal frame. Sizes 7 x 2 3/4" (17.8 x 7 cm), c. 1880.

Two oblong magic lantern slides, maker is probably Carette, Nürnberg. 5.9" x 1.5" (15 x 4 cm).

An antique glass magic lantern slide of circular form by the German maker, Ernst Plank. Dating to around 1890, such slides were suitable for the company's 'Climax' and 'Globus' lanterns. It measures15 cm in diameter and has the protective cover glass and metal ring to the outer edge.

Two magic lantern slides with the portraits of eight warlords that played an important part in the Russian-Japanese War (Febr. 1904 - Sept 1905), the first great war of the 20th Century. Koeropatkin, Kaulbars, 2x unreadable, Oyama, Kuruki, Nogl, Oku.
 


The manufacturer of this magic lantern slide with funny portraits with the trademark FN. is Fritz Neumeyer, Nuremberg, Germany.
