Warranted all Bristles A set of 30 magic lantern slides made around 1910. The slides feature a small triangular label in the lower left corner with the text 'W.M.S.S.U.' and 'Ludgate'. WMSSU stands for the Wesleyan Methodist Sunday School Union, a historical religious organization that had a business address at Ludgate Circus in London. The organization published texts, advertisements, and manufactured or sold educational materials, including magic lantern slides. It is therefore possible that this set was manufactured by this organization, but it could also be a proprietary label.

The stolen shirt This series of magic lantern slides consists of 18 square slides. The manufacturer is unknown. The slides feature a triangular label in the lower right corner with the text 'LIVERPOOL DIOCESAN C.E.T.S.' (Liverpool Diocesan Church of England Temperance Society), a regional Victorian religious and social organization that promoted complete abstinence from alcohol or moderate alcohol consumption. However, this probably does not refer to a manufacturer, but is likely a proprietary label. The series of lantern plates is based on a story by Betha Farr.
