		Two large children's magic lantern slides produced by Ernst Plank. One is marked "E.P. II. S.". 2 3/4 x 8 3/4 inches (7 x 22 cm).

Oh, those young people nowadays! However vandalism, disorderliness, rag a policeman, also were also important issues in the 'Good Old Days'. Four old glass slides showing two street kids and a dog annoying a deplorable policeman.

'The Hair Restorer', comic hand painted set of 5 slides out of 6. The size is 8.2 cm (3.25inch) square. There are 6 slides in the set and unfortunately number 5 is missing but the story is complete and works quite well without number 5. Manufacturer or retailer is Stokes & Watson, 6 Market Street, Manchester.

These brilliant 3.5" x 4" (10 x 8 cm) magic lantern slides are from Ed. Liesegang, Düsseldorf, Germany. Liesegang was a family involved in the manufacture, development and sales of magic lanterns, slides and photographic apparatus. The still existing firm was founded in 1854. The marvellous glass lantern slides are numbered #1, 10, 13, and 31.
	That little rascal broke a plate and wasted a bottle of wine. I'll teach him to be careful next time! Size of this instructive mechanical slide: c. 16.5 x 10 cm. Not marked.

	This colourful image shows two Victorian children at a piano. The young girl is playing while a young boy listens in a soft stuffed red velvet chair. The ''Silver Threads Among The Gold'' sheet music is upside down on the piano. The caption below reads ''DARLING, I AM GROWING OLD.'' The edge and the label on the side of the slide are marked as follows: ECONOMIC SERIES. ''DARLING, I AM GROWING OLD.'' T. H. McALLISTER, MANUFACTURING OPTICIAN, 49 NASSAU STREET, N.Y. ''DARLING, I AM GROWING OLD.'' The slide measures 4'' x 3.25'' (c. 10 x 8 cm).

	This wonderful glass magic lantern slide has written on the bottom edge of the slide, "Little Mischief." It measures 4" x 7" (10 x 18 cm).
A moving slide of a workhouseboy.	Lovely hand tinted glass magic lantern slide featuring a child holding a candle. The title is 'Off To Bed' and it was produced by Graystone Bird. It is 3 1/4 inches (82mm) square. This slide would have been very suitable to close a Victorian magic lantern show. Now it is here to end this page. Goodnight!
